This course is only available for graduates of the Maharishi Yoga Asana Instructor course or of the former Maharishi Yoga Asana Teacher Training.

This course gives a comprehensive understanding of the nature of Yoga–unification of individual and cosmic life–as well as practical training in Yoga postures and breathing exercises that promote integration of mind and body, supporting health by bringing life into harmony with Natural Law. In addition to the practical training in Yoga postures and breathing exercises, topics of the course include the following: Yoga and integration of all aspects of life; Bhagavad-Gita as the supreme textbook of Yoga; scientific research validating the benefits of the Yoga postures; higher states of consciousness–fulfilment of the practice of Maharishi Yoga; discovery of the Veda and Vedic Literature in human physiology; developing the state of Yoga through the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi Programme; enlivening the intelligence in all levels of the physiology through Yoga postures and breathing exercises.
